  • GREG JOHNSON ANNOUNCES 1000 MILES TOUR - MARCH 2024

    Award winning LA-based Kiwi singer-songwriter Greg Johnson will return home in March for a very special 10-date tour stretching from Kerikeri in the north to Dunedin in the south.

    Dates and venues for GregJohnson - 1000 Miles Tour, are: Fri 15 March, Turner Centre, Kerikeri; Sat 16 March, Oneonesix, Whangarei; Sun 17 March, Uxbridge Theatre, Howick; Thu 21 March, Room Twenty5, Nelson; Fri 22 March, The Piano, Christchurch; Sat 23 March, Hector Blacks, Timaru; Sun 24 Errick's, Dunedin; Thu 28 March, Nivara Lounge, Hamilton; Fri 29 March, Jazz Festival, Waiheke; Sat 30 March, Q Theatre, Auckland (tour finale).

    More than 30 years since Greg first made his mark on the NewZealand music scene with his breakthrough single Isabelle, hismelodic, story-telling songs have continued to hit the radios, charts and hearts of listeners nationwide.

    Music lovers can look forward to hearing his iconic songs like Don’t Wait Another Day, Liberty, Save Yourself, It's Been So Long, Now The Sun is Out, Looking Out On Monday, Cousins and many more.

    Greg has an enviable songbook to choose from - a collection of songs which has seen him recognised with Aotearoa NZ Music Awards, nine top 20 albums, and a very loyal fanbase.

    Accompanying Greg on all dates is guitarist Ben King, with Wayne Bell (drums) and Mark Hughes (bass) performing on select dates.

    Greg will perform songs from right across the 12 albums of his career, including new favourites from recently-recorded material in Los Angeles. The first single from the new recordings, Rooster Tail, is released in December.
