• CANCELLED: Violent Femmes NZ Tour - February 2022

    All tickets will be automatically refunded, as per details below.

     

    We regrettably advise that the Violent Femmes New Zealand shows have had to be cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience.

     

    A message from the Violent Femmes: "Due to the ongoing global crisis, and to be as cautious with the health and safety of our fans, road crew and ourselves, we have decided to cancel the Australia / New Zealand tour”.

    All purchased tickets will receive a full refund.

    Tickets purchased online by credit or debit card (including Afterpay) will be refunded in full (including ticket insurance premium, if relevant). Patrons should allow up to 30 working days for the refund to appear in their account. There is no need to contact the Ticket company.

    If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, please supply us with updated bank details here in order to process your refund.

    Patrons who purchased tickets at an Agency will receive a full refund to a bank account, upon the provision of bank account details. You can provide these details here.

     

    Further info from Ticketmaster (Wellington show):

     

    In most cases, we will process refunds automatically to the credit card used to complete the transaction.

    Automatic refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed to the card that was used to complete the transaction, once processed, please allow a further 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your statements.

    Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original account/credit card holder for your refund.

    AfterPay
    If you have made a booking using AfterPay, a refund of the total amount charged will be processed back to the card used with the AfterPay booking. For more information on AfterPay, please click here.

    Please do not contact us unless one of the following situations applies to you:

    • The credit card used to make the purchase has expired
    • The credit card used to make the purchase has been cancelled or the number has changed
    • You have purchased tickets from a Box Office or Outlet using Cash or EFTPOS*

    Please note that only the original account/credit cardholder can request direct debit refunds.
